Eroxib 20 mg Tablet contains Tadalafil 20 mg, a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men.
Tadalafil helps improve penile blood flow during sexual stimulation, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection. It does not produce an erection without sexual stimulation.

Eroxib 20 mg may be prescribed for:
Erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men
Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection adequate for sexual activity
Tadalafil is also used in other formulations and dosing regimens for benign prostatic hyperplasia and pulmonary arterial hypertension; the appropriate strength and regimen differ from those used for ED.

Tadalafil selectively inhibits PDE5, increasing levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in penile tissue. During sexual stimulation, this promotes relaxation of smooth muscle and increased blood flow to the penis, supporting an erection.
